Valparaiso Indiana seven foot 2 inch skeleton

GIANT SKELETON UNEARTHED.

VALPARAISO, Ind., June 3. – While the steam shovels of the Knickerbocker Sand Co. were loading sand at Dune park. on the shore of Lake Michigan, they unearthed a well-preserved skeleton seven feet two inches in length, and is supposed to be that of a member of an early tribe of Indians. It was found nearly thirty feet underground.
