Tioga, County. 7 Feet and Taller

Tioga Point, on the upper portion of Queen Esther’s flats, a short distance from Sayre. In the mound were found the bodies of 68 men, which are believed to have been buried 700 years ago. The average height of these men when skeletons were assembled was seven feet, while many were taller. Further evidence of their gigantic-size was found in large stone axes in the grave. Rev. Donchee and his companions say that it is the first discovery of its kind on record. The skull and a few bones were shipped to the American Indian Museum.

“68 Men that averages 7 feet”, You couldnt find 68 seven footers in the entire NBA. To give you some idea of height significance: Shaquille Oneil is only 7’1 inch so now imagine 68 Shaquille Oneils and some larger. There are only 3 NBA players that are currently 7 foot 3 inches or taller, only one person at 7’3 played in 2014-15 year. If you were to look for a seven foot skeleton it would reuire you to dig up 2 million 300 thousand graves to find a 7 foot skeleton.
