San Pedro De Atacama Giant Skull

This is a skull from Northern Chili. This is not the resulyt of banding but this skull has distinct high-neotony features indicating that this skull is of excessive maturity, a higher maturity than exists today. Notice the larger eye orbitsthis difference can be compared from this skull to an adult, the same as from an adult to a child. The same comparison the same maturity factor. The jawbone is larger and more mature than today’s adult one of the most distinguishing characteristic is  the width of the face the cheek bones are so large. The brow ridges are moderately large and a clear indication of other large features like a mature nose is present. The facial characteristics mostly were similar to the Aborigines in these types of skulls. ~Chris L Lesley Atacama
