SKELETON OF INDIAN GIANT DISCOVERED

By Ey The Thie am New NW OAKLAND Cal Dec 23 A A skeleton skeleton ton believed to be that of an Indian chief was discovered by working men engaged in digging gravel on the Frank Franl Williams ranch a mile and a half west of San Leandro The bones have been taken in charge by Deputy Coroner Robert Morgan who declares that from the size of the thigh bone it is evident that the tile skeleton is that of a man man at least eight feet tall The skeleton is to be sent to the anthropological anthro anthro- I department of the University sity of California
