Maharashtra state – Skeleton of a Huge Giant
“A Skeleton of a Giant.”
– An Indian weekly paper, the “Kalpatari,” published at Sholapur. states that a tremendous skeleton of a giant has been found in the River Godhavari, at Nasik City. The skeleton, it is stated, measures 37 1/3ft. in length and 18 feet in breadth, and its teeth are of the size of a grinding stone or pestle. The skeleton was immediately removed to Calcutta by the order of the Nasik City authorities.
