Litchfield County – An Enormous Skeleton
We are informedthat some workmen in a brick yard in Colebrook recently struck upon an enormous skeleton embedded some twenty feet beneath the surface. Although but partially excavated when our informant left the spot, it was thought to be at least 35 feet long.
