Giant Mummy in Japan.
One of the most interesting exhibits
t the aisho exposition held at To-iy- o
was a giant mummy enclosed in a
large, square coffin. The figure measured
about eight feet in height. This
relic was obtained by a Japanese explorer
at a Buddhist temple in the
province of Kiangsi. Experts support,
the claim that the mummy is that of a
famous monk who lived at the beginning
of the Christian era.
