Bismarck, N. D. – (P) – E. L. Hurr, a farmer living near Sterling, is exhibiting Thursday what physicians say may be the petrified heart of a human being of gigantic stature.
Hurr said he found it while plowing land several years ago and that further search revealed twisted stone particles resembling other internal organs.
Hurr said physicians to whom he had exhibited the rock say it has the identical appearance of a human heart, except that it is considerably larger. The veins, cavities, and even some muscles are clearly shown in the rock, which is as hard as marble.
The discovery of the petrified heart of a human being of gigantic stature, found by a farmer while plowing land near Sterling, is a remarkable find that raises many questions.
