Fossil Replicas Now Available

Greater Ancestors World Museum is now offering high-quality, hand-crafted replicas of fossils suitable for exhibit or for home enjoyment. Replicas are great educational tools for getting out the message of greater ancestry.

All fossil replicas are made by GAWM founder Chris Lesley, an award-winning sculptor. A professional artist for more than 20 years, Lesley has helped design and create museum and theme park features including life-size sharks, whales, pirate ships and more. His work is seen in the Spy Museum in Washington, D.C.; the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas; Universal Studios in Orlando; and several IKEA stores in the United States and Canada.

Available fossils include elongated human skulls, giant sloth claws, 68-inch-high megalodon jaws and more. However, Lesley also can craft fully custom pieces. If you can imagine it, Lesley can create it – from teeth and claws to full dinosaurs and giant animals.

The Home of Greater Ancestors World Museum

As awareness grows of our plans for the Greater Ancestors World Museum, we have found a home, in Downtown Jacksonville. We have worked diligently with Downtown Vision in hopes of securing a 2,000-square-foot space in a high traffic area by Fall of 2012. Well its the Spring of 2013 and thanks to Bob Retherford we now have some space. The Cultural Council and Off the Grid is under new management and now we have progress.
